Tim was a great help and provided professional support and prompt communication. He walked me through the options and quotes. I was impressed with his positive attitude during a busy period in the service area. He worked closely with Carlos in the parts department and made sure everything was ready based on my tight schedule. Tim and Carlos should be praised and rewarded for their attitude and willingness to support customers and the brand.

The only negative I have has nothing to do with your service- it's the music. Relentless, loud, nothing but the drum machine and taped voices on repeat. It should be mixed up (today back to the 70s at least) and turned down. Worst when I forget my earplugs like yesterday. Also, I gave up last year trying to schedule online. I always schedule for the beginning of the month but the computer system would not allow for scheduling for the next month. Obviously if I waited for the next month to show up on the computer you'd already be booked up for that week, if not more.

My oil was changed but they did not notice for when the next time it should be changed. I didn't noticed later. Other than that everything was spot on. I was explained what was done so that I could understand. I trust you to take care of my truck.
