Lack of communication, consideration of time constraints after communicating my needs. Excuses of being busy and down 2 reps, however there were times I saw people waiting for comes to come in for service as I sat outside.

It was great to have Billy as our service advisor for our CHR. He recognized that we were long time Bell Road customers and thanked us for our loyalty to the brand. He found an item from the previous service that was done incorrectly and corrected it at this current service. We really appreciate that. We will continue to use Billy for any future service needs. He also has a great 80s collection of film memorabilia.

I brought my vehicle in on April 3rd. I can't exit the vehicle from the drivers side as my handle won't open. It's now May 22nd and it's not fixed. Not happy at all. All I get is "the part is in Kentucky". Second day air it or take the part from a truck on the lot. Incredibly unhappy. And because I have to roll the window down and pull the outdoor handle, my widow is squeaking. Probably from over use. Can I please get this fixed soon? Toyota should be better than this.

Tony always is great. He keeps me informed what is wrong and price. I count on hid expertise and he always so nice to me. Before my brother, Bill died, he also brought his Venza to Bell Road and STony I have been coming to Bell Road since I bought my 2005 Corolla in 2017.

I have been bringing my 2021 XSE for service since I purchased it and have worked with two other service writers and one never returned calls and the other seems like he hates his job every time I come in. This time I was lucky enough to get Aaron Cheesmond and I will never use another service writer. He went above and beyond to help with my issues. Being in customer service all my work years all I can say is don’t lose this guy.

Tony has been my advisor for over 8 yrs. I bring my 2011 Toyota corolla with 46,000 miles in for service twice a year...every year! I trust Tony to take very good care of that car. He knows the mechanic working on the car and I know he verifies that whatever work is required to keep the car in tip-top shape will be done. Thank you, Tony!!!

I think the service to my car was done well, taking over three hours to do an oil change and a change a few filters was way too long. Maybe you were short handed that day, but I had to rearrange some meetings due to the time delay.

I will never be returning to this location. I usually go to Camelback Toyota but this location was down the street from my work so I gave it a shot. Big mistake
