Why are you sending me messages about your service when you never actually did anything! I waited 90 minutes after my time allotment and you handn’t even started it. Not only had you imbecilic numbnuts not even started it, but didn’t give me a single update, and still acted suprised when I asked for my keys back. My wheelchair bound grandma is quicker than your customer service and mechanics. Please for the love of god hire/pay those hard working people more, because obviously they’re overworked/underpayed to be that behind. Thank god I didn’t buy this vehicle from you, cuz at the rate ya’ll operate, I’d still be standing around waiting for a sales rep. Never coming back here, you’re a stain on the brand

Anthony G. Charbeneau was wonderful…from the beginning to the end. I had an issue of tiny particles of blue plastic coming out of all of the air vents. I started coughing a lot, so I am sure I ingested some of these particles… ????…The tech was able to change all the filters and blow out the plastic particles…I thought I might have sucked up a blue plastic bag , but the culprit was my windshield dashboard sun protector that started to disintegrate where the plastic innards of the protector which ended up being the culprit…Who would have thought?…He gave me an uber ride back to my house as well as back to Bell Toyota as we knew this would be a time consuming job. Much appreciated to Anthony and to the young man who was the one who found out where all this plastic was coming from…and The tech worked really hard to get the particles out of my car. I for sure would recommend Anthony to anyone… as well as to the Tech behind the scenes; BRAVO

I made an appointment for 10:45. Allan kept me waiting 25 minutes before even talking to me. Then the sensor problem I had he didn't even fix. He came back multiple hours later to say he couldn't duplicate the problem. I told him twice and someone else once how to duplicate it. The problem happens every time without fail. He didn't try very hard. He told me he couldn't duplicate it and by that time I was ready to go. So I just let him give me the car back.
I have had wonderful Sales especially Joe and Clifford Washington...and Service... Adam, Aaron Billy over the years. Tim Zerbock is my trusted adviser for several years now... -82+K miles 2017 Rav 4 Limited GREAT vehicle and keeping forever... expecting 250K as long as I keep up with scheduled maintenance. 25+ yr customer... I have had experience with 2 othe Toyota dealerships... one much closer to my home... Just sayin, TY????
Aaron took care of me and the truck. It's important to me that I have factory parts on my truck. I came in for my first oil change and bought running boards. Aaron took good care of us! I won't go anywhere else.
My car was returned with issues but will resolved by management... A piece of my downpipe on my Supra was hanging Eduardo initially said he couldn't do anything about it I provided feedback and he spoke with management which resolved my concern... The other concern I had was with details when my vehicle was returned I had to remind the service advisor to reset my timer for the oil which is done in the dash by resetting and he forgot to put the sticker for my next oil change in my window... I thought I had to remind the employees of their job.. prior appointments I had I've never had this type of miscommunication or customer service that wasn't top tier... Details are important for the customer and these last transaction wasn't that pleasant and my trust was a little altered prior to speaking with the management... I hope when it's time to fix my recall I won't have any issues

I had no issues with the work that was done. The promised time on check-in paperwork stated 12:05pm and I didn’t get my car back until nearly 2:25pm. I wasn’t updated throughout the process or given a heads up that the technicians were running behind.
