I haven't received my car back as of yet, but have have been pleased with the process so far. I received a call from Joel this afternoon to let me know they had completed the service on my car. He said that they didn't find any other issues other than what was on the repair order. I have been pleased with the valet service.

The customer service needs improvement. Your sales persons were unaware of your company policies and failed to communicate that information to me concerning the availability of a tag. In the age of electronic checks why does your company need 24 hours to deposit a check for clearance? The funds were verified before I left the sales office. Every experience I had with dealership has been an exercise in futilely.
