Very much appreciated Gary’s suggestion that I check with my car insurance company to see if they covered the cost of repair. Gary was very good at working with the adjuster directly to show the vehicle’s damage and the cost of repair. The work got done within a week with minimal fuss needed on my end. Appreciated Gary’s work and will definitely be asking for him next time I need a repair.

First I was lied to from the beginning. I was told the clicking noise coming from my car was normal. But the car had never made that noise before. after I wouldn't take that lie for an answer, I was told by Marcos that he would talk to the tech that checked my car. after not hearing back from him I reached out for an answer. I was then told they would be keeping my car for the next 2 days because they had other tickets to catch up on before they got back to my car. 5 days later I reach out to Marcos the service advisor and still nothing had been done to my car. after I requested to speak to the service manager then I started getting updates about the car. I called the service manger twice with no answer. after 11 days of having my car I was then told they no longer hear the noise and there isn't anything they can do to help. If the technician would have done his job on day 1 everything could have been resolved.
Kelli did a great job keeping me informed on my car's status and was great in returning my calls and answering any questions I had.
As usual, service was excellent. Service Department waiting area needs new furniture that is comfortable.

I drove to your dealership from Wilmington hoping to get my horn fixed and my hood emblem replaced. The emblem was never ordered from the last service completed and the horn was not in stock. I called a couple of days before arriving and indicated that my horn was not working. This is the second time the horn failed which is a safety issue.
