Although the dealership will no longer be a Genesis location after the 20th, they were one when I originally called, and I’m thankful I finally convinced the GM to honor that. Resolving that issue so I could have my vehicle serviced under warranty and prepared for trade‑in was invaluable, especially as I prepared to leave the Genesis family after this service visit.

The service was not a great experience. Tires were deflated and we needed to come back to set back to normal. Not logical that the pressure was down 10 psi in three tires. Also the vehicle is saturated with a gasoline smell. We tried to air it out all the way home (2 hours+) but still smelled up the garage overnight and wreaked. The gasoline smell is still permeating the car 2 days later. I have checked for a gas leak but there is nothing on the ground below the car. Something is definitely wrong.
Except service from everyone in the entire team. Took the time necessary to explain every issue and give recommendations to address very issue for my 2023 G90 e-SC, everything was explained in an easy to understand systematic way and which issues needed immediate attention and which I could hold off on to maximize the vehicle, as well as my wallet.
