Joel was excellent. My husband even had a little accident getting out of the car. He got dizzy, and you stepped in to help him. He did not have to do that, but he chose to do that. Actually, he is the only one that helped with other people standing there. I will not go into detail what happened but thank you Joel for being there. He did a great job at having my car serviced and getting my car washed in a decent time. Joel is a positive for your leadership and your service department. Kudos to Joel.

Was kept abreast of service completion along with recommendations for additional service. Pricing for service was fully explained and was thanked for choosing dealership to complete needed work.

I felt the amount time that it took (4 business days) to replace a battery was much longer than I expected. When picking up my car my friend wanted to see what the GV70 battery looked like. We opened the hood and to my surprise the battery cover had not been installed. I am sure had I just left that no cover might not have been goos for the new battery. It was just dumb luck that we looked under the hood.
