I had a 10:00 appointment. Finished around 1:30. Seems like it took a very long time to change oil and put new tires on and align.
Did a walk in, with an emergent issue and joel got us taken care of and put us in the rotation to fix all of the problems my car had.
Since I’ve been taking my vehicle to Lee Hyundai, Joel has proven to me that there are still good service technicians and service advisor that can be trusted.
Kellie Hickeyis a very nice person, she help me in any questions I had, very knowledgeable about her job. To me she always keeps a smile on her face. I appreciate her honesty and services. Thank you Kellie for everything.
The staff was so very nice. They did a full inspection on my vehicle. Fix the problem on my vehicle that could cause me to have an accident. I thank them for being so very nice.

I’m very pleased with Mrs Kellie Hickey. She was nice in explaining everything from start to finish. She took great care of me and my car.
I was there for four hours. It started out as a simple oil change. I reported that my driver'side window was not going all the way up. After two hours there were no updates. So at hour three we asked and was told that they were getting ready to wash my vehicle. Forty five minutes later my vehicle was still sitting. I went to ask Joel for an update and stated that it had been four hours. He seemed to care less. He did ask if I still wanted a car wash and my response was no. I understand that the service department is extremely busy but customer service matters. I was not treated as a loyal customer.
The wait times are excruciating
He made sure I made back to the dealership after we got dropped off at Hobby Lobby. Thank you.

Didnt receive a copy of my receipt for credit card transaction thats dangerous. Didnt think it was fair I had to pay a 175 diagnostic fee but I understand its hyundia policy. Not a very friendly environment alot people standing around,also, the advisor and service manager came off as accusatory towards me because it was never ccommunicated about the 1k oil consumption process.The advisor Tilita just gave me my tpaperwork without ensuring that I understood the 1k oil consumption is to be followed.I dont want Tilita helping me in the future under any circumstance. Not a very nice atmosphere. Respectfully
Tilita is an exceptional employee. I always look forward to seeing her when I come in for service. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful.
