I was given one price for baor when I called and when the service was done it was a whole different price.
I paid for an oils change and was told that everything was completed and all my fluids were topped off. I got home with my vehicle and checked everything over and they didn’t even bother to top off my washer fluid.

The service and the staff was very polite. Joel communicated very well throughout the entire process. However, no clear explanation was given to why the sensor went bad. Driving my car after the appointment there were oil spots on my car which gives me the idea a leak is happening. When I took it back they said it was a loose plan plug but my oil was changed several weeks ago and no signs of oil showed up on my car like it did after that appointment. I took it back and I just hope that was the issue.
She was professional and kept me informed through the process.

My handicap placard was either stolen or thrown away and no one cared to find it. They also left greasy finger marks throughout the interior to include multiple doors, steering wheel, and center console. Completely dissatisfied with my service.
