I made an appointment for 10:30AM on 6/24/26, for a routine oil change, tire rotation and the routine inspection they do. We did not leave the dealership until 3PM so no that is an excessive amount time to wait for my vehicle.

Kelly was great and just doing her job. The service took almost 2 hours and 45 minutes. I asked for my car not to be washed and it was washed anyway and looks absolutely horrible. I made an appointment so this would not be an almost all day event. Between driving there and back and waiting as long as I did it did make it an almost all day event. I will not be returning to Lee Hyundai for service.
