While the initial service was fine. They told me that my engine filter needed replaced. I declined that service since they charge too much and I can do that myself. I opened my hood the next day and noticed the service technician couldn't be bothered to make sure that he locked back in my old filter or close the housing door. This is another reason im glad I dont have my vehicle serviced there anymore.

Spouse took car to have maintenance completed and to find reason for grinding noise when turning hard left; Left side front is loud. He was there for 2 hours. Told that they had “no idea what was causing it and they couldn’t duplicate the sound.” I see, later, I have a text with a reason and video for the sound and a quote to get it fixed. This is also the 3rd time we have gone in and the window fluid is low and not refilled. We could have had the issue fixed. Now, instead, it is going to be several days because I work an hour away and need the car. At this point, it would more beneficial to have it taken to a Hyundai in Raleigh/Wake Forest to have the repair and THEM take me to and from work. I am extremely angry.
