They misrepresented the work that was done WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME PRIOR TO THE SERVICE. I WAS QUOTED $349 FOR THE LIMITED reason I brought in the car ( oil pan leak and replacement of oil pressure sensor).. For some inexplicit reason they decided to carry out 2 “missed” service codes for 55,000 and 60,000 miles. I was presented with a bill of $3,400 at pickup.That represents 10X what was quoted without notifying me prior to doing the work.

Joel told me to call if I had any questions after receiving the recommended fixes. I attempted to call back 4 times an hour apart. Each time was told I needed to speak to Joel. At the end of the day I show up in person and was told Joel had left at 11. Then why was I told I had to speak to him and to wait on his response if he was not at work? Same thing happened Saturday. Only way to get a response is to show up in person. Experience was terrible. The only good thing I have to say was Toleda was awesome
