While I was very satisfied with the help from your representative Sherrie we were not happy that we had to make 2 trips to get the job done. However, we're not sure whose fault it was. There was apparently a break down in communication. We had wanted oil change, tire rotation & recall completed. Only the oil and recall was completed on our 1st trip. Thank you
