Just to let you know; we live in Pinehurst; and there is a Hyundai dealership 5 minutes from my house; but we choose to drive an hour each way to your dealership because we like the people that work there and the customer service. Kudos to you staff

There is a paint drip on one of the panels they repainted. I did not notice it until I got home. Definitely don’t recommend you all to use that place for painting

Talita is an EXCELLENT assistant in the service department. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and relays that information to the technician. She takes on the position of making sure that your care is guided through the repair process.
Highly dissatisfied. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a specific time a week in advance if it’s just going to take 4 hours after drop off to look at it especially when the issue I came in for was regarding a seatbelt not latching that should’ve only took about 5 minutes to diagnose and figure out a new one needed to be installed. And when asking the lady if I would have still had to wait the 4 hours if I decided to sit in the lobby, the only response I got was “probably”. I bought my car from this location and will most likely not return for any work needed/may need.
