Talita is an EXCELLENT assistant in the service department. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and relays that information to the technician. She takes on the position of making sure that your care is guided through the repair process.

Highly dissatisfied. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a specific time a week in advance if it’s just going to take 4 hours after drop off to look at it especially when the issue I came in for was regarding a seatbelt not latching that should’ve only took about 5 minutes to diagnose and figure out a new one needed to be installed. And when asking the lady if I would have still had to wait the 4 hours if I decided to sit in the lobby, the only response I got was “probably”. I bought my car from this location and will most likely not return for any work needed/may need.

I was charged $16dollars in fees that was not told to me in the beginning and I don’t think they actually did my inspection. There is absolutely no way my car is in the green in all section The last time I was her, I was told of all the things I had to fix and not one of those things was fixed since my last service. I have lost trust in this brand as a whole
