It was not noted that I had a problem with my keybod sending a reading that it is not in the car when it is nor that when I push starter button that it sometimes the car does not crank the first time.

Normally my experiences are very positive. The service itself to the vehicle was good other than when I walked out to my car, it had been turned on for who knows how long because my keys had been sitting on the desk for at least 15 minutes (I had to walk out to get an update, saw them sitting there (Keon confirmed they were mine), and took at least 15 more minutes to get called back out). The service advisor, Keon, was very dismissive and gave smart remarks back. I received the inspection report (timed complete at 8:27 on the report) and the text came through at 8:52. I declined additional services within 10 minutes of receiving the report. I was there for over 3 hours and I was the fourth car to arrive. I understand that other people were probably there for faster/other things and some probably carried from the day before, but many people came in after me (and after I completed the report) and all left long before I did. My keys had been sitting on the desk and another customer that came in over an hour after I did was helped first to get her car back. I had asked at least 4 times about the amount of services I had left because I knew that was not the last one, but Keon was adamant that it was. Finally after the fourth time, I asked how to check for sure if I had the prepaid maintenance (which I remember doing when I bought the car). He gave some attitude and finally pulled it up after I had asked and was dismissed multiple times. I asked how to prevent this confusion next time. I was told to mention it when I arrive next time (that is literally what I did but was denied and was not respected???). I was not given any updates or talked to about the inspection report. Every other time I have been there, the service advisors have pulled me aside to go over everything. That report also had ridiculous charges on it. I always check the screen when I pull in. My alignment was good but yet alignment was on the list of services. Same thing as the tires. Tread is good (last service I was told I had over 20,000 miles left on them) but over $1000 dollars for new tires?? It does not feel very nice when you see other customers get treated with top customer service, and you get attitude after being nothing but polite. I have done many years in customer service and understand that it can be exhausting and stressful. I also understand that the service center and advisor might have been busy, but other customers were treated with much more respect that I was. I do not like complaining but this service has a whole does not sit right with me and was rather lackluster.

Service advisor provided great customer service. However the technicians that worked on my car and who cleaned my car provided less than satisfactory service. When I got into my car after service was completed all my settings were changed, seat pulled up to the steering wheel, mirrors changed and all front air vents moved to flowing air to the floor. Finger prints all over my screen settings and a huge fluid stain on the center console drawer side. There is no reason that technicians should have to tamper with any settings they are not driving the car far. This should be requested by owner before done and then to no put them back is more dissatisfying. In addition, the car was washed and still came back with dirt spots all over the top of the vehicle and the floors which were said to be vacuumed were still filthy. Luckily service advisor sent it back to be washed again, but I watched the wash technician speed in my vehicle returning it back to service and the windows were still dirty after the second time. The quality of service by technicians is lacks quality.
