I waited 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I did not get my car back until 2 pm. Very unsatisfied with how long I had to wait.

I drove there with a smooth driving vehicle and left with a bumpy ride. The mechanic’s drove my vehicle to the back and ran over a screw! Then they showing it to me like it was already there. I NEVER drive with a nosey car so I know that **** wasn’t there! I had to end up buying a new tire…. And yea I am pissed and highly unsatisfied with their service. I’m going to even look an into getting an attorney for this because it upset me so much!
