Before today every time I came in for service I had to wait about 3 hours for a simple tire rotation (and nothing else done). But thanks to the Keon I was out of there in less than an hour and a half! I had a situation where I needed quicker service than 3 hours today and he made it happen! Finally someone listened! Thank you Keon!

I was traveling from NY to FL, and a had an issue with the driver's seat on my Palisade Calligraphy. A bolt came loose, and fell out causing the seat to become unstable; causing a safety concern. The staff at Lee Hyundai was able to correct the problem, and get us back on the road in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated!

Marcos was very helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed for the service appointment. He kept me well-informed of what was going on with my car and the amount of time the service will take. Marcos had a great attitude and provided exceptional customer service to me.
Marcos made sure to keep me informed of everything that the car needle to have done. He explained in great details everything the car had to get done and how much it would cost. Very professional and an outstanding worker.
Marcos was very helpful in a stressful situation as we were traveling from out of state and needed to leave this area by Wednesday. Marcos kept us informed regularly and worked very hard to be sure he could get the parts and coordinate with the techs so that we could get our car back as soon as possible. And he was always pleasant even when we were anxious and asking lots of questions. It is never fun to have your car break down but we feel lucky that the nearest Hyundai shop was Lee’s in Fayetteville
