I'd like to say that I'm sure we've all heard about dealerships being aa bit expensive with all these electronics and new applications. What people tend to forget about is the quality parts which are being installed.
I'm a DIY type of dad but I choose my battles when working on my vehicles. For this Tucson I chose the dealerships for my transmission service. I have not been to a dealer for quite a while. I'm happy to say that I got to meet Mr. Joel Harmer at the Fayetteville, NC location. He was so professional polite, knowledgeable and surprisingly got me in without a wait. On a Monday!! That is unheard of!! If it was up to me I would nominate Joel for employee of the month. I told him before I left that I would be like these You Tube generation kids and be sure to like and subscribe. Umm that was a dad joke btw. Lol.
As for the technician who worked on my vehicle, she is shifting like right out of the assembly line. Thank you and thank you Lee's Hyundai!! Have a blessed day!!

Marcos was super professional and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had about my services.
It took 3 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived 10 minutes early to. That’s totally unacceptable, I was locked down for 3 hours on my only day off for what should’ve taken 30 minutes.
I was there at 730am until 4:00pm
