She went out of her way to help me with options to pay my bill. Although it was not substantial her assistance was great in setting up a plan with Sunbit. All was greatly appreciated.

After watching 3 hours to have a diagnostic I left. A hour later I received a text with the results that didn’t address the problem I brought my Tucson in for. I left my vehicle overnight and when I picked it up I was told the mechanic recommended the radio be replaced. I said I wanted a second opinion took my SUV. When I got home I removed the Multimedia SIM Card as I had done before reinserted it when to setting the radio buffered for about 60 seconds and reverted to factory settings and sound was restored and has been working perfectly. I don’t know why but it did and I saved $948 the cost of a replacement radio. This was not a good experience and I don’t think I would trust Lee Hyundai do ever work on my Tucson.

It would be great if the vehicle’s controls could be left as they were when I dropped it off, so I don’t have to readjust the interior and exterior lights when I pick it up. I also noticed a few grease marks on the door handle that took some effort to clean, so a little extra care there would be appreciated. Thanks so much for your help and for taking care of my car!

Marcos was wonderful! He was truly accommodating. However, it took close to 6 hours to get the recalls solved and I was not able to attend to several things I needed to do elsewhere. And that cost me money. That’s all I have to say. Just know that Marcos did his best and that helped smooth things over.
