On my sales slip it said that my vehicle had a complimentary wash and it definitely was not washed. It also said it had an oil change so it makes me wonder if it wasn’t washed but the receipt said it was, was anything really done to my vehicle that was on the receipt?

Marcos, was great and even suggested using the higher sentheric oil as it lubricates the engine better. Additionally explained upcoming services and things to be aware of going forward. He even gave me a business card and told me I could call him with any questions and to book any services or maintenance going forward. He was very professional and keep me informed throughout the process.
