Gary was a pleasure to work with. He went over and above to make sure I had a loaner car to use for the day since my vehicle had to stay over night. Even though he was off when I picked my car up, all of my paperwork was waiting for me and my pick up went smoothly.
Gary was very professional and very helpful in explaining everything to me where I understood it and didn’t try to force me into getting more done to my car than I needed to at the moment. The service tech was very nonchalant and very passive, at times not even listening causing me to have to repeat the issues more than once. I felt dismissed and unappreciated. While explaining I was cut off numerous times. After reading of the receipt I noticed I was given a “complimentary car wash” and then charged for supplies. Unfortunately my vehicle was not washed. Apparently integrity in the business world has deteriorated and I won’t be returning.
I will complete the survey when I receive it.

Mr. Callahan took the time and explained to me what was the issue with my vehicle. He provided documentation from my previous visit. He walked me to my vehicle and explained to me what I should look for and how to troubleshoot. Very informative and patient. Very pleased with my visit he was GREAT!!!
