This was the first time I waited for my vehicle and the lobby floor was dirty, chairs were dusty and there were ants. Please consider revisiting the standards of cleanliness in the lobby. Otherwise, great customer service and the wait time was reasonable.

Appointment time was not honored. Waited on site for just over an hour past appointment time. Checked with service desk and was informed my vehicle had not been pulled into the bay still. "Express service get you in get you out". Then when I asked for shuttle service to take me home that took an additional 30 minutes to wait for a ride. Service center called at around 2pm saying my vehicle was ready. My scheduled time was for 945am how express is that then.
I appreciated the attention to detail and warranty/trade in information provided during visit.

I don’t want a call.. I want to point out a 2 hour wait before my vehicle was called back and a 25 min service wait time. Very inefficient! If my appointment is at 9, but I’m not seen until 11…..why can’t I come in at 1030? Some sort of check in process and then text alert (with a 30 min showtime requirement) seems like a suitable option ……..
