Hello there, every since Mrs.Tate have been there when she took care of my car for the first visit I didn't ask or want anyone else to have my car serviced but her, she has always done a tremendous job. When she tells me what the problem is she never let me leave until it's fixed the way it should be!!

Other people just go above, Marco goes spaceship level. His customer service will take your breath away. That is saying a lot, considering he works with a team of like-minded professionals that deliver stellar service. His knowledge, kindness and candor are refreshing. I think you should give him a bonus because I can go to any dealer for repairs. I go to Lee because of the rapport, Marco and the Lee Hyundai team has built with me. Keep up the good work guys!

Customer service needs improvement. I called to clarify some information about my car, but the representative hung up on me twice. Greater transparency and honesty with clients regarding the service process would be appreciated, rather than trying to charge for services that aren’t actually necessary.

I told them I had an interlock breathalyzer on my car and that I need to be present when the device went off. They completely ignored my request which resulted in my having to pay a $80 fine with my device provider. Before they started the service on my car I explained the situation completely and said that they understood

wish they would show better videos and tell me what I am looking at. Also explain how they clean the gas And engine lines. The question was answered when I came to pick up the car. The man at the service desk answered all my questions.

Declan was great. Came in for my first complimentary oil change and they were also able to adjust my alignment, rotate my tires, and wash my car. The while process took maybe 2 hours but I enjoyed the free coffee and snacks while I was waiting. I'm very happy with the service and won't hesitate to come back.

I had my car serviced on Oct. 2nd. They recommended the engine and cabin air filters needed changing. My husband was chingung them out today Oct 5th and called me out to my car to show me the cover was left off of the engine air filter. It has been flapping around under my hood for 3 day, thankfully it did not get lost. He believes that whoever checked it didnt lock it in as he almost did the same thing. If you dont turn the two latches before putting the cover back on it doesnt fit in place and would not clamp back on. Just wanted to mentiin this so perhaps it doesnt happen to someone else. I did not kniw this when they called me yesterday to ask me if I was satisfied. My email is if you have any questions.
