Kellie was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was the time it took for my car to be done. My appointment was at 10 AM. I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM. And even though I responded to all messaged right away, it took 5 hours for my car to be done. Kellie did inform me of a delay and she did apologize for the long wait. This is not a negative reflecting her service. Just a general issue I had at this visit.

Longer time wait than expected but Gary was very kind and he didn't really have any control over that. He said next time he would try to get me in and out quicker.

The actual service of my car was great as always. The reception when I got there was not the female agent that was on the floor in the service department greeted me by saying somebody will be with you. You just stay right there like I was a child. I did not appreciate that which is why I was standing in between the two cars when somebody finally help me
