I absolutely appreciate and love Ma. Tallita. She knows my fave and name. She always checks in when my car is being serviced to make sure all is good. She is very knowledgeable in her job. Kellie was great. However, waiting 5 hrs for the service to be done is unacceptable. I will not be returning. This is not the first time I have had to wait multiple hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I replaced the cabin and engine filters myself but was sent a text that they needed to be changed. They were not even looked at

Made my car worse. No lights on when I came now three lights on the ABS ESC AND NOW CHRCK ENGINE. I did NOT pay 700 for you to break my car.

Joel Hamer did a great job he approached me like he knows his job. He was confident He ask what need to be done and I told him. He texted me results of my vehicle and he came and go me from the break room. Work was done on time. Everything went well showing me the bill and what was done to the vehicle. He walked me to the door shakes my hand located my car told me to have a nice day.
