Too long for service received...good otherwise

my service advisor was amazing. she was so nice and great customer service. my only complaint was the service time. i was there about three hours.
Declan ( I asked him where his parents got this name from, he said it’s Scottish) he is always very helpful. I like to go to this dealer even the dealer is always a little more expensive. But they do the job to my satisfaction and I know I get the correct part for my vehicle.

Declan provided exceptional service today. He was kind, patient, and courteous. I had a few questions about services being offered and he was able to explain what the services were, how they would be completed, the importance of each service, and which he would prioritize. I ultimately chose to approve one of the two services. He then had my vehicle taken back immediately and the service was completed. My final comment will be on how meticulously he inspects the bill. He found a discrepancy in how I was being charged and made sure to correct the bill. Declan made this whole process from start to finish stress free. I truly enjoyed doing business with Lee Hyundai's service department today. Thank you, Declan!
