I went to the hyundai dealership in apex.First, and I didn't like the way I was treated, but lee, I felt like a celebrity, and I always take my hyundai there.
Car has been running awful since the oil change, spark plug change, and new brakes. Set me back 1,100 to have my car running like this. It sounds like a lawn mower when it starts. I’ve had this car since 2021, it has never sounded like this when starting and it started the morning after this service!! Took it in again and they said everything was fine and they “checked everything.” Took it to another place because my fuel economy has been going haywire along with starting up sounding like a lawn mower and I knew something was wrong even if Lee Hyundai service center claims it isn’t. Well, the oil was overfilled by 2 quarts!!! I called to let them know and asked for them to fix it ( hello, yall created the problem, it’s the least you could have done) and they said they’d “leave a message with the service advisor and he would get back to me.” That was days ago. And that overfilled oil probably damaged the spark plugs they just changed which I don’t even know if they needed to actually be changed in the first place, the service schedule for my car states not till much later and I wasn’t shown proof that they actually needed to be changed. They contact me for a survey but don’t contact me when I say I paid for a service and you botched the service and ghosted me when I call and ask for it to be fixed! I have no trust in this service center anymore, I already was losing trust after they said I needed an AC service in October. This is the same service center that told me I needed a transmission flush then when I schedule it and take time off work, after they get the car back there they say it says don’t flush on my transmission. There’s only so many “ it’s a mistake” type accidents one service department can have before it’s an issue of competence. And when it’s a vehicle that I use to drive my child in, I’m not putting my faith in anyone at Lee Hyundai service department ever again.

Joel was great! He waited a bit past 6pm and he legit saved me so much stress as I work the whole weekend and wouldn’t be able to get my car over this weekend.
Excellent service and communication
Took to long for oil change. Had appointment for 2:00 PM didn’t gat done till 4:00 PM. Not advisors problem but certainly a Lee Hyundai problem.
Very satisfied with service Marcos was outstanding.
