230 pm appmt, completed 5:50 pm…longest wait anywhere ever. Staff did not advise of lengthy wait or provide updates as we would have surely left. Service request was for basic oil change and tire rotation. While husband and I waited in cold, full lobby, he called Southern Pines Service to discover same service $35 less, so paid $10 more even with $25 mailed coupon; and questioned higher charges. During checkout, congenial staff’s response to long delay was use of a new scheduling process.
Mr. Callahan was great, he keep me informed about the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. He is a outstanding service rep ????

Overall satisfied, however, the complimentary wash appeared not to have been done ad requested.
Declan’s honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. I trust his suggestion on what maintenance needs to be addressed immediately as opposed to what can be scheduled later.
Kellie is wonderful and very helpful answering all my questions. But 3.5 hours is a long wait and they couldn't even wash the car as initially offered.

Kellie always receives me with a smile and she is always able to answer my questions and respond to my vehicle needs. Kellie with no doubt is one of Hyundai's best.
