230 pm appmt, completed 5:50 pm…longest wait anywhere ever. Staff did not advise of lengthy wait or provide updates as we would have surely left. Service request was for basic oil change and tire rotation. While husband and I waited in cold, full lobby, he called Southern Pines Service to discover same service $35 less, so paid $10 more even with $25 mailed coupon; and questioned higher charges. During checkout, congenial staff’s response to long delay was use of a new scheduling process.

Kellie is wonderful and very helpful answering all my questions. But 3.5 hours is a long wait and they couldn't even wash the car as initially offered.

I returned to Fayetteville from Korea in 2015. Over the last 10 years, I have been a Hyundai customer on Skibo Road. Kellie is one of the most valuable employees. Kellie always receives me with a smile and she is always able to answer my questions and respond to my vehicle needs. Kellie with no doubt is one of Hyundai's best.
