Anytime I’m in the service department whether Tilita has 4 guest or it’s just me she always takes the time to provide excellent guest service to me, as well as recommend the most important things needed to keep our cars running. Tilita is the secret star in this service department.

I was MORE than satisfied with my recent service experience with Talita Tate. In fact, Talita Tate, in my opinion represents the epitome of professionalism! She is knowledgeable and ensures that I am well informed regarding the status of my vehicle during service visits. She also does an excellent job of providing me with updates pertaining to recommended services that are upcoming. This excellent line of communication allows me to plan ahead for scheduling needed services to ensure the proper maintenance of my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the service I receive at Lee Hyundai and from my Service Advisor, Talita Tate. It is the best service I have received anywhere as a car owner!
Staff was good. My only issue was the amount of time it took. I was on limited time. I brought it in for regular service,oil change, tire ceck, etc. When checking in I was reminded of the recall. I was told they needed to order parts for it. I informed the staff I would call back to schedule for the recall. I had an 1115 appt. I waited a bit then went to get food. I checked in around 1300. I was informed they had the recall parts and was working on it and the oil change was completed. He said it wouldn't be long. About 1500 I was informed it was ready. I planned on doing the recall at a later date due to my schedule on that day (it incovienced me). I should have been asked if I was able to stay and completing the recall at this time. As well as I had items in my car that were just tossed to the back so they could fix the seat belts. Since I had items in the back they weren't able to get to the third seat. So I still have to come back to have those two seat belts repaired. We have always had good service so just wanted this brought to your attention.
