Mr. Callahan did a great job and he patiently answered all my questions. He also explained everything with great detail and patience. Con’s: The only complaints I’d have with this company is that the oil change took around 2 hours to complete and that the discount oil change punch card has been discontinued unfortunately (these are obviously not Mr. Callahan’s fault). Pros: I enjoyed very much that the mechanics now use video to show clients what the actual issue is.

Well, in the past my vehicle has always been returned to me mostly the way it was when I gave it to them. This time when my vehicle was returned to me my heater was turned to air, my seat was all the way on the ground and my steering wheel was lowered. After they wash my car they forgot to put my back windshield wiper blade back up against my glass. So as I was driving down the road my back windshield wiper blade was just flying in the air until I got to a place to where I can stop. I also did not understand why my interior light was turned on. Declan had come to me and informed me that my car was being washed, after about 5 or 10 minutes I realized he had not come back to get me and my daughter was getting restless so I took her out front to walk around and noticed that my car was parked. So I went out to the service desk to see if Declan was there but I did not see him so, Mr Marco at if he could help me and I explained the situation to him and he was able to get me taken care of right away. My keys and my paperwork was already sitting on the desk just waiting for me. So I feel like overall there needs to be better communication and I was surprised that my vehicle was not returned back to the way it was I understand the seats and the steering wheel but I don't know why the light was on and why the windshield wiper blade was not put back in its original position.
