Had appt at 9 am, was there at 840, 2 hours later my car was returned to me. I did not get my car washed either. Why make appt when takes so long! Express oil change it was not

Tilita went above and beyond what is expected and made sure everything was taken care of. She even had my car cleaned for me. She even informed me that I had 4 more free oil changes when the previous person charged me several times and told me I didn’t have any more free oil changes! I appreciate Tilita and her awesome customer service!

Excellent and thorough customer service. Mr. DeClan took the time to listen to me about the issue I was having with the AC. He was awesome because the issue was identified and corrected. Superb service!
