I dropped my car off it was fine, picking it up there was a noise coming from the rear end. Technician road with me then put car on lift and notified me of a problem that they didn’t identify on the report that was sent to me originally. Rear shock leaking, if they said I needed a rear shock due to a leak they should have seen that when they checked breaks and rotors. My vehicle was not making any noise until returned to pick my vehicle up leading me to believe your technician do something to my shock. I’m very disappointed in your technician’s.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 10:05. I didn’t get my vehicle back until 12:30. I find that to be unacceptable time for service. I can appreciate that perhaps your service department was busy but in all that time the service advisor never came into waiting area for update or why it was taking such an excessive amount of time. I had a different advisor previously and was very satisfied with her. This was not a good experience.
