Excellent customer service, attention to detail and a willingness to work hard and go the "extra mile" to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly. Took the time to make sure that all required parts were ordered and walked me through line-by-line to ensure everything was taken care of. All Service Advisors should emulate this level of customer care.

I was extremely satisfied with the services Marcos Lopez provided. He was very communicative, punctual and prompt. He definitely went above and beyond. He’s awesome! Charles was also really nice. They are also very patient and kid friendly!

Mateo took excellent care of me today. He carefully listened to my concerns, ensured my needs were fully understood, and addressed them promptly. I did not see Gary Wallace today. I want to make sure Mateo receives recognition for a job well done, especially during the early morning hours when the temperature drops to the low 20s Fahrenheit.
