My experience with Mario was good. It was other incidences while at the service department that severely disappointed me. Upon arrival while trying to get out of my vehicle to engage with Mario, another employee named Talia was going to her station with a customer. She took the path right at my car door. I was in motion to exit car and she just stopped there and apathetically stood there, no acknowledgement or excused me (Mario was still dealing with me with my car) as she passed without even acknowledging me with her customer, I stated you could have said excused me and she just passed and said nothing. I reported this to the parts manager as the service department manager was not on duty on Saturday. He said he would discussed this with him on Monday. I just found that rude and distasteful to not say anything nor acknowledge the need to pass with a customer as you could see I was engaged with my service advisor. Secondly, one of your car service people was observed by me and a sales person speeding in a Hyundai vehicle to the back of the parking lot where they washed cars. They should not be driving other people cars that fast and reckless. Third I have asked th employees to not mess with my seat controls. Yet again for the second visit, upon getting my car back from service I alsmost fell to the floor the seat was moved to that low of a position and not even positioned back. Finally only one side of the car was vacuumed clean. The passenger side (front and back) still has rock debris and pebbles on the floor. Customer service and quality control was a major issue.
The service department at Lee Hyundai is the best, especially my service technician Joel he’s always listen to my concerns and handles them with professionalism and courtesy.
Declan was amazing as normal. He communicates well and ensures I understand what's going on and confidence to fix it.
