I understand it’s the front desk, service agents job to do customer service, but when I arrived, I had to wait at least seven minutes for them to finish their conversation with a customer ahead of me. A personal conversation, nothing to do with the car. They didn’t even really acknowledge my presence which felt kind of awkward. And then, after that, it took them a bit because they had to print all of the things off for my car and have me make a multiple signatures. However, when I had spoken to the person on the phone, they told me that everything would be with the front desk person, and they would be aware of my arrival to pick up my car. It just took way too long to pick up my car when I paid ahead so that it would be a faster checkout

The intake specialist, Kelly was great, however she told me that the two 'recalls' would be taken care of today along with my oil change. But when my car was ready the service department couldn't complete the recalls. I think they put Kelly in a bad situation to have to explain the situation, since she is who the customer sees. Those intake specialist should be well informed by the parts department about stock on hand. The situation could have been worse, but because Kelly is so nice and handled it well, but not fair to her since she sees the customers face to face.

Gary did an amazing job taking care of me when I came in for an oil change. Great customer service, and I love that you can leave and they’ll send you a text when your vehicle is ready. I’ve been going to Hyundai since 2021, and I love my visits.
