Because every time I come in fir a visit I have to pay 200.00 for you all to do a multi point inspection to tell me what on the car that's OEM and not. Then tell me those things that you find...routinely go out...but can't zero in on the reason I cone into tge dealership to be diagnosed. A few years ago your dealership told me I needed a full exhaust system for a few thousand dollars... when I only needed a universal catalytic converter and a welder... Less than 200.00 and the car was fixed...I have very little trust in your service department and staff because Im my opinion You can't diagnose anything... you just report codes... if changing a bunch of parts is what you're recommending... I can do that myself.

Took over 2 hours for an oil change and no updates while waiting. Very bad service and then recommendations for brake service when I had it recently checked at another auto shop that said I didn't need it. I can't trust you.
