The cost was outrageous. It was just an oil change and exchange of an air filter but cost 175 dollars.

As always I was met with professionalism and was kept up to date during the process of the software update. Kellie goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is kept in the know.
To start, I called and scheduled an appointment to have horn fixed and state safety inspection. I arrived early to drop off my car and was asked why I was dropping it off. I asked what in the notes when I scheduled the appointment and Tatilla (spelling) stated nothing was entered just an appointment scheduled. I had to repeat what told them on the phone to start with. Then I got a call to let me know the horn was bad and they ordered one and it would be in Friday. I asked if the injectors had been cleaned like I requested when I dropped the car off. They said, I told them to do it and call me when completed. I get an that my car is ready just to find out from my wife nothing had been done. That they will do it Friday when I bring it in for the horn to be fixed. Well, at this point you will not do anything other than finish my horn repair and inspection for which is already paid. I'm glad I walked in to drop my car off my car or probably would have just sat in the parking lot until I called to check on it.
Tilita is the only reason why I was completely satisfied with my service experience. Having to sit there for three hours for an oil change and a recall computer update was ridiculous. Tilita is very caring and made the situation better. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
Marco is hands down the best service agent I have ever had. From keeping me updated every step of the way — ordering parts, repairing my car, and ensuring I had a rental — his communication and professionalism were outstanding. He even followed up with me during the holidays, which truly showed how much he cares about his customers.
This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at Lee’s Hyundai. From now on, whenever I come in for service, I will be asking for Marco only. Highly recommend!

It took entirely too long for my "complimentary" scheduled oil change and maintenance today! I arrived at 11:26 am. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. I waited. At 1:04 pm Joel told me they were backed up and to consider taking the shuttle to get my errand done. I took the shuttle to a store a couple miles away. At 3 pm I requested to be shuttled back, but they were still not done. I waited some more. At 4:20 pm I was provided a rental vehicle so I could get my groceries. Finally, at 4:40 pm my vehicle was ready. This kind of delay is unacceptable. You have lost my confidence in your service department and I will certainly think twice before coming back for service in the future.
