I’m beginning to question ever getting another Hyundai. Not this time but previously I’ve been left stranded by your shuttle service, creeped out by the male shuttle driver, and it’s never been faster than 3 hours - and I have an appointment. This time he didn’t check me in, after an hour I texted the service manager for an update and didn’t get one, after 2 hours I got a text saying I had missed my appointment so I went to the desk and they said it was almost done. After 3 hours I got a call saying they were just waiting on my keys and they would come get me. About 30 minutes later I noticed my car was sitting behind me, so I went to the desk and my keys were just sitting there. They had forgotten about me. I’m so sick of your service center.
Declan was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that my daughter and I were taking care of.

I came in for an inspection. It took a little over 2 hours. I later found out that there was a recall that they needed to do, after waiting for 1.75 hours. I was not happy satisfied as I had my kids with me and I had other things that needed to be done before 5pm that I was unable to do.
Kellie always take great care of me and my car , keeps me informed she wonderful and service team did an amazing job

Declan is the best service advisor I've worked with along with a lady who is no longer at that location. I always appreciate his kindness, patience and direct way of explaining vehicle issues/options. In the past Ive used his guidance to decide what recommended service to get next.
Mrs. Sherry was outstanding in her customer service she me made feel welcome, she was attentive to my needs and questions which is rare in auto service. Mrs. Sherry is a throw back to the days when service providers made you feel important.Thats huge
The staff has greatly improved in customer service skills. Waiting time has been greatly diminished. I was impressed with receiving the exterior car wash, usually in times past it was not done due to running behind schedule.

They didn't check the air or cabin filters just informed me they both needed to be replaced even tho I just replaced them a few weeks ago...I have no trust in your service department to be honest as to what my car needs done to it.
