Marcos needs to enunciate his English a heck of a lot. Too much South-of-the-border influence; filter that out a bit and we could probably understand what he is saying when he speaks.

Everything was fine, but these surveys are excessive. There are 2 with surveys with every service. And if you don't respond, you get phone calls. It's too much!
