The staff has greatly improved in customer service skills. Waiting time has been greatly diminished. I was impressed with receiving the exterior car wash, usually in times past it was not done due to running behind schedule.

They didn't check the air or cabin filters just informed me they both needed to be replaced even tho I just replaced them a few weeks ago...I have no trust in your service department to be honest as to what my car needs done to it.

When they replaced my tires they left white glue around the tire. They totally unsatisfied because the white will not come off my tires
