The service representative that checked me out was great. The exact charges were not given to me correctly when my filter was added. One of the service amounts was left out. The service representative was great at explaining everything and also taking something off to help correct the mistake that was made. Declan was wonderful. The technician that worked on my car on Friday, however was not. Declan was the one who, after five hours of testing different theories, was the one to find that the technician from Friday left a tool in my car and that’s what was causing the bumpiness.
Great Customer and Fast Service
After an inspection, I received an option to complete fuel system cleaning. After I hit approve, I had to select if I wanted financing to complete the service, of which I denied. I received an email a couple hours later saying vehicle was ready. Once I arrived the fuel service had not been completed. I was told because I denied the service. I approved the service but rejected financing. I think a phone call should have been made when it comes to approving additional services. Technology isn’t always efficient. Call the customer!
