The only issue I had was the fact that I was sitting waiting for 4 hours from 7:30-11:30. In the future, customers should be updated on the progress and about how long it is going to take. I had an appointment at 11:30 that I had to cancel because I was sitting and waiting, not knowing when my car would be ready.

The price for the oil change was extremely high, but there may be extenuating circumstances with the gas prices, and I understand that. Other than that, it took a long time two hours plus for an oil change tire rotation. The service staff is very kind and helpful.
