The service was excellent from start to finish. The courtesy rental was made easy and was an excellent vehicle. Marcos Lopez gave me a repair time line that I considered reasonable and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Marcos kept me updated on the repairs along the way. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and personnel at Lee Hyundai. They have earned my business. Thank you for a job well done!!

I greatly appreciate their willingness to get my tire fixed the same day I called. However, while I waited no one updated me on what was going on with my tire. I had to ask when the service member was checking on something for another customer. When the technician was done, he pulled my car around and dropped the key off. I sat there for a few minutes waiting but ultimately I had to let them know he brought my key in.

Gary is always amazing—friendly, organized, proficient, and truly willing to go above and beyond. My car had to stay for a few days, and I accidentally left my work badge inside. He actually came in on his time off so my husband could pick it up, which meant so much to me. Every time I bring my car in, his professionalism and kindness make it an easy choice to keep coming back.

I was surprised how fast they was done with my car, my apartment was 730 am and I was prepared to be there until 1 pm. I got out at 830 am, when I take my GMC, and Lincoln for service at 730 am I don’t get out until 1pm. I was very impressed
