I scheduled just a oil change with the plug replaced and full synthetic put in that’s it that’s all I told the lady nothing more she said well they do a 19 point inspection I told her fine After everything was said and done the tech said he had to put brake fluid and antifreeze into my car which were lies I checked fluids before pulling into the bay When I went to talk to the lady about it that took my car in she all of sudden became deaf and unwilling to listen she just wanted my debit card and me to go to parts for what I thought was going to be my next service at your location lol on u cause ain’t going to happen Come to find out they vacuumed my car and washed it ummm not happy at all I did not ask for all that and told them on the phone when I scheduled it and when I came in just change the oil replace the plug that’s it that’s all I’ll do everything else peroid no one listened and did what they wanted to do with a 13,000 that no one at your location pays my 655 a month car payment Then when I get my car oil was not wiped off from pan or the top of my car u set my hood I stood in your parking lot wiping off oil that got dropped everywhere and no one with enough realspwvt to wipe it off even I. Your parking lot crawled under my car to wipe oil off the bottom side My car had already been washed prior to being brought in I’m very picky about my car and what it gets washed with inside my car trashed was picked up and put in my seat my back floor boards where I keep my work stuff had been tossed around didn’t ask for that either and told top it off I watched a guy in the bay smack with his had the back of my car I will not be back period this is crazy but u made your car 112 do it don’t matter does it?

Major issue,Hyundai roadside assistance needs help.called, gave rep all information, including my callback number. Then they hung up. Called back and was hung up again. No one ever called back. I had to use my AAA membership costing me money

My appt was at 10:15, for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for a computer update. I paid at 2:00 but still waited about 15 min for my car. Four hours seemed excessive for what was done.

Kellie is always awesome. She never hesitates to make sure I am completely satisfied. If it wasnt for her I probably wouldn't trust continuing to bring my vehicle to the dealership. I have had my vehicle for 4 years and she has always given me great service with a smile.

Ms Tilta is very professional service representative and also caring gives detailed information about what’s going on with your vehicle. I had a different service representative in the pass one time I brought my car in for an oil change and sat there for over an hour. I spoke with Tilita and she apologized and took care of it right away and gave a curtesy oil change . Ever since then I only like to deal with Tilta Tate. Hyundai is Lucky to have such a dedicated employee five stars for Tilta. Thank you Anita J

We arrived at the Lee Hyundai Service Center approximately 10 mins before our appointment. However, it was nearly 10-15 mins before we were even acknowledged by ANY of your service representatives. When one finally did come to our aid, he was a bit nonchalant about working that day. My child and I finally made it inside and the service secretaries weren't any better. For every one person they helped they sent another five back out to get help elsewhere. I told myself it's possible they were having a "one-off" but evenso that has nothing to do with us. We sat there for two hours, no update - just will you be using a card and here's your keys once they were finished.
