Service time was a bit longer than expected. I would appreciate it if techs would reset controls like ac to where they were when brought in. Took me several minutes to reset everything. Also, they advised some other services. I need plain English, not just car talk
I just bought RAVA 4 for few months . Then my entertainment system malfunction. I call the order managers. First. They in two weeks.they call me to replace new one . 4 weeks later . I called the parts managers. Then he told it could take few months. Now I’m drive the car no entertainment. To whom may concerns . Please . Tell replace my entertainment asap. Cause I’m travels a lots . Thanks

JT took good care of me. Thank you. I had a 7:15 appointment and was there at 7:10. I screwed up and walked away from the truck after being greeted and went to the waiting area They Just moved my truck out of the way, then 30 minutes later I got a call to check in
The wheels are getting scratched up from the tire rotations
First off whenever my vehicle is brought in it did have a light on there that indicated that the air was low in one of the tires. When I received my vehicle after the “service” the light was still on, nothing had changed. In addition to that, I’m not exactly sure how expensive washer fluid is for your company, but it only cost me $4.50 to put a gallon in. When my vehicle came to you, the light was on for that as well and even as a simple courtesy that $4.50 wasn’t extended on my side to put that in the system. My family has multiple cars from your location along with extended warranties which incidentally my service provider when I dropped it off wasn’t aware of and gave me a 600 and something dollar bill estimate not knowing that my oil change and tire rotation was covered. I’m not exactly sure what your training department is giving to your service department techs but it’s really falling short. My experience with your company has been dismally bad overall with the exception of the purchase of the vehicle and if it continues at this rate I will discontinue my purchases with you and not recommend you to anyone with whom I come into contact. I doubt if this sees the light of day but my hope is it will and something is done about it for others who feel short changed.

I had a appointment in the middle of the week and you changed it to Saturday morning at 9:30, I got there at 9:15 and got my car back two hours later. Two hours just to change the oil and rotate the tires.
Jaylen was so nice and attentive, listened to my concerns and took care of me the entire time. He ensured we maintained communications during my vehicle service.
Jaylen was very courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions and I had to return before I got home due to gloves box would close and when I got back his colleague fixed it on the spot since he was busy with another customer. Best service I have had. It just gets better.
