Overlooking an oil filter on an oil change should never happen. A checklist could help. This experience makes me think technicians are being pushed too hard or not trained enough. I have three vehicles I get serviced here. This experience makes me question the quality of service I'm getting.

Jaylen was very accomodating. I had an appountment and took 2 hours for regular maintance. Not Jaylens fault. Just wish making appointments made a difference.

Took quite a bit of time for servicing. Received a confusing text about battery replacement. Appeared that the labor would be $273 when in fact the battery and replacement was $273. Have a service plan but received a bill for the maintenance. Everything wa resolved but I'll have to come back for the battery replacement.

Average explaining the issues I’ve been with the vehicle technicians looked at it and they’re not find any of the issues that have been happening with the truck. My wife was there from 9:15 until about 3:30. That is way too long to have somebody wait. I feel like she should’ve been giving a rental car free of charge the length a time she was there completely ruined our whole day of planning for y’all to find no answers to any of the issues we are having note look at the review video. It was very unprofessional, listening in the background.

Unfortunately the problem I came in for was not resolved. I’ve had a tire pressure warning system malfunction message almost daily since my tires were rotated 9/26/25. But tire pressures did show up occasionally. Now they’re not showing up and the warning light on my dash won’t go away.
