Everything done in timely matter! Questions was answered I needed!
AJ didn’t help me today it was a new guy, very nice and polite and explained everything that was done and the results of the service. I was only there approximately 2 hrs which was very good. I had ask for AJ when I arrived but I never saw him the entire time.

Vehicle was in shop to many times, camunicatiom was broke down due to lack of camunications between front desk and myself resulting in multiple visits for service, resulting in my losing money ,time.
Had an appointment scheduled for oil change and tire rotation at 10:30. My friend picked me up so I didn't have to wait. I called around 3 because I'm like surely it's done by now and it wasn't. I went ahead and had my friend drop me off at 4:30 amd it still wasn't done. They then came out and said they don't know if the oil change wasn't done. I'm assuming it wasn't because I didn't get my car back until 5:30. Also this lady came up and was kinda mad because she had been waiting for 3 hours but hers was finally done. I'm just wondering how I dropped mine off at 10:30 and she got there at 2 and her car was ready before mine. Just doesn't make since. Also I feel like management should of came to me amd at least apologize for it taking 7 hours to do my car.
I think management should consider a dew reclining type chairs in the customer waiting area and a better genre of music. These comments will not be made on the Toyota survey though. I am very happy with J Allen Toyota.

Two of my car tires keep losing air and they didn't fix it; they said everything was fine, but my tires go flat every week.
Rose was awesome and did everything she said she would do on Friday. But, prior to Rose providing a great service experience, I made two previous trips to your dealership on Tuesday and Wednesday of the past week, only to find that there would be a three hour wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I live in Hurley, which is an hour drive each way. So, I drove a total of six hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. You should not overbook and make your customers waste their valuable time waiting for a service you agreed to provide at an agreed to time.
