This is the worst service department I have ever seen. Their only objective is to sell you something if you need it or not. They love to argue with the customers. Have seen this about Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service. Please show this to Seth Gaston.. See if he thinks this is good customer service.
When you make an appointment for an oil change it shouldn't take 90-120 minutes. Manager had to intervene.
Raj and the crew are great. All of the services writers are knowledgeable and your service mechanics do a great job.

It was suggested that I changed out my tire because it was to worn to drive on. I told them to put the spare on as suggested and they changed out and put the spare on the WRONG SIDE! All paperwork said Left front and you replaced the right front!!! I drove home to Eagar on a doughnut and a BAD TIRE!
