The service is fine. The young man who checked me in sat at his desk eating for about 8 minutes. I was standing next to my car and I could see him so he could see me. After eating he went in a back room, came out made eye contact with me and then opened at bottle of water and drank. He did not check me out, a nice young friendly women did.

Eric was above and beyond helpful! My heart kicked in to an arrhythmia that day. When I arrived, mentioned I wasn't feeling good. Eric offered to reschedule. Declined as I didn't want to inconvenience Hatch. Upon leaving Eric had my car reversed in the receiving bay with A/C on! Excellent!! Kudos to Eric!!

Eric did a fantastic job finding the issue with my Camry. He went above and beyond in taking care of me as a customer and also was diligent in keeping abreast of the new TSB that came out in April that described my issue with the EGR valve perfectly. It reminded me why I use Hatch Toyota for my vehicle purchases over and over again.
