Long time customer. Appreciate your work. Need to better organize team coordinating with mechanics. For example Rajeev was not who coordinated my work. One of your new employees helped. Suggest they learn more before defining work packages. Luckily Eric stepped in and got things straightened out so no unnecessary work was performed. Addition of two employees to help Eric and Rajeev is very positive. Both carry very high work loads. Suggest getting with Eric and Rajeev to define new employee. work scope and how they can best be supported. Again thank you for service over the years. An estimated cost was never given up front and was double what Ive paid in the past. Its also a shame with the the toyota care plan on this new vehicle didnt apply as the car was about 2 months over the two yr purchase, mainly because I waited until we could take it to Hatch instead of Autonation. Costly mistake on my part, and I will probably post review on google. Bid disappointment!

Took a longer then usual time for service. All other customers seemed to have the same feelings. Two and a half hours for a simple oil change with an appointment seems excessively long.

I was very satisfied with the work they did everything seems to be up to par and they did everything I asked for the only thing it took quite a while, but there was a lot of people waiting too, so I must've just picked a bad day lol
