I totally understand it was a holiday weekend, but any time I’ve ever had my service there, it takes FOREVER. There are many bodies wandering and there is no update on your car. An oil change took two hours, one person offered water to everyone waiting in the waiting area the entire time we were there. Updates on your car would be nice as well as how long to expect your car to take when you schedule an appointment.
Raj was very difficult to understand when attempting to clarify the service that I was requesting. The summary of what needed to be repaired to my vehicle was given to me and one question about the brakes. The online summary advised $70 but then when I asked him about it, he advised it was $370. My confusion was why would they quote $70 when it’s $370 usually a quote stands pretty strong when given a quote of an item that need to be repair. . The young lady who checked me out was awesome.
Every time I get the vehicle serviced the technician forgets to reset the system.
This has happened twice now with two different vehicles , only this time we caught it before we got home. Twice it says the tries were rerotated and they were not, i marked the wheel this time and it was obvious the right front tire was the same tire. After we spoke to ariana, she took the car back in and watched them this. This is the 7th vehicle we have bought from your dealership and have had no problems, as stated this has happened twice. The tires were not rotated as the copy stated, your weekend service crew totally **** and the lye. Ariana was awesome as the rest of the rceptionist and the sales staff

It took 3 days to replace a water pump.
Toyota has a good reputation. But it’s a crock! Sierra Toyota lied to me in selling this lemon of a truck. It’s been nothing but problems with the electronics and even when the glitches occurred right in front of the so called technician I was dealing with! Even with a great quality assurance there’s lemons that sneak through. But an honorable company would strive to make things right! Not lie and claim the problems don’t exist! I’ll never ever trust Toyota or any one who is employed by them! Companies like yours should be ashamed!
