Kristen was wonderful but who ever told her that my keys were lost was not professional and cause me much stress. Also being there for over 2 hours just for a tire rotation was ridiculous

They did not rotate my tires for my 10,000 mile service and I had to tell them to fill my hybrid battery coolant. The only thing they did right was my oil change.

I called and made an appointment for a recall. I was told they had the part and set an appointment for the next week. Upon arrival they said if we have e the part it will be about 2 hours. 5 hours latter I recived a call I could come pick up my car but it wasnt done due to them not having the part!!! What was the point of this appointment?? This is not the first time I have had similar issues with the service department. I will never be using hatch Toyota to do any service again.

Very slow, especially with appointment! My last three vehicles I bought were from Arrowhead Honda! Much better customer service and they always washed the car!

Still problems.with the interior molding for the front seats. There is a design defect causing them to beak away from the seat frame. I told I would have to pay to have them to be replaced and they cost 200 each. No good.
